I've always favored brown eyeliners over black, simply because it looks a lot more natural.When I was at Holika Holika, I noticed these Jewel Light eyeliner so I decided to pick one up to try.
The pencil is soft and does not tug on my eye line. It claims to be waterproof, but I don't find that to be true at all.
When I used it to line my waterline, I noticed some smudging on my lower eye line.
I don't think I will re-purchase this liner, but it does work well on my upper lash line.
